I passed out my XII from Doon Blossoms .Later, In 2016 I volunteered to be an AIESEC volunteer in Ukraine, while pursuing my bachelor’s in Foreign Trade from UPES. In 2018, I was awarded a scholarship for my meritorious academic performance.
Apart from this, I was selected out of 500 students on the basis of grades and personal interview, to pursue my 5 th semester at University of Maribor, Slovenia. In a 4-month semester exchange program, I decided to follow my passion which is to travel and explore the world. With the support of my family I travelled 5 countries.
In Jan 2020, I got selected at Skema Business School, Paris, France, to pursue my master’s in international Strategy and Influence.
Just within two months of starting my masters, I got selected for a 4-month internship program, in a Netherlands based start-up. I was the youngest in all of my classmates and the first one who bagged an internship in such a short period .Presently I am working at the World Trade Organisation in Geneva, Switzerland. My journey from being a shy girl to becoming a confident Blossomite was an absolutely different experience. Director ma’am and my teachers have always been my guiding pillar. My family has always been very supportive that is helping me achieve my dreams.I would like to tell my junior Blossomites “Dream big to achieve it one day”
I have been a student of 2014-15 ISC batch . After pursuing my masters degree in Spanish philology and literature from Jawaharlal Nehru University. I was one of the five Indian students who were awarded a fully funded scholarship (ELE COLOMBIA) by the Colombian Government. I was chosen by the Colombian Government as a representative of 100 students coming from different parts of the world. It was an honor to address the nation on the behalf of 100 scholars in the ministry of external affairs. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the support of my parents and friends. I would also like to thank my school, Doon Blossoms for shaping me into the adult that I am today and for preparing me for my future endeavors. I am presently working at Ceip A Lgrexa Calo , Spain as a Foreign Language Teacher.
It fills me with immense pride and gratitude to acknowledge that the foundation of not only my academic journey but my personal growth was laid at Doon Blossoms. The unwavering support from my teachers, combined with the school's focus on holistic development, ignited my curiosity and instilled the discipline that was so essential in helping me crack the JEE Advanced. Now, as a student at IIT Bhilai, leading initiatives like the Entrepreneurship Cell, being the Google Developers Group lead, and working on tech-driven projects, I often reflect on how the values and guidance I received at Doon Blossoms continue to shape me. The confidence to embrace leadership, the resilience to face challenges, and the creativity to seek solutions all has roots in my school years.
The opportunities I had as a student, along with the faith my teachers and Principal placed in me, have shaped the person I am today. I am forever grateful for the lessons learned and the lifelong memories made here. No matter where life takes me, I will always carry a piece of this school with me—forever a proud Blossomite.
Having completed my XII from Doon Blossoms in 2016 ,I did my Graduation from Ramjas College of Delhi University and Masters from HNBGU. Since a very young age I developed the love for playing “Tabla”. I was fortunate that apart from my parents , Director ma’am acknowledged my art and she sponsored my education till class XII. The love for playing “Tabla” became a passion for me. I began performing on various musical platforms and can proudly mention to have won the Best Child Artist Award from Arya Samaj Sanstaa Dehradun, Genius Child Artist from Hero Honda Sangam Kala Group ,Secured First Position in Taal Chakra National Competition, Agra, Secured First Position in Sangeet Natak Academy National Competition, Secured First Position in Rajya Yuva Mahotsav,Selected for CCRT National Scholarship. (Only Tabla player in Uttarakhand to receive this Scholarship in 2010)
Currently I’m working in The OASIS, but my endless passion for “Tabla” continues.Words aren’t enough to thank everyone who have been showing faith in me all these years. I would like to tell the present Blossomites, that if you truly want to fulfil your dreams make them your passion.
We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! Priyanka Dangwal, an ex- student of Doon Blossoms Educational Society, has achieved an incredible feat by securing the top position in the IIT, Kerala Year 2023.She was the topper of ICSE(X) Science batch 2016-2017 (Doon Blossoms School) and ISC(XII) batch 2018- 2019 (New Doon Blossoms School). She cleared the JEE- Advanced exam and out of the various colleges offered to her, she opted to pursue B.Tech from IIT, Kerala. She always had a clear vision of her goals and worked towards achieving them. At present she is pursuing M.Tech (Electrical) from IIT Madras.
Parth Kandwal ISC Batch 2016-2017 - qualified the IISER Aptitude test and went to pursue his BS-MS degree from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Bhopal. He studied Computer Science and got an all india rank 13 in GATE Computer science exam. Then he received offers from IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi and IISc Bangalore for doing MTech in computer science. Almost at the same time he got selected in the Bureau of Indian Standards based on his Gate rank and very recently he has joined as a scientist B/ assistant director in the Bureau of Indian Standards.
